Ingredients
2 stalks of green onion (white part only), about 100g
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1.5 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
Make lengthwise cuts into the green onions in four sections, then finely chop them.
In a bowl, combine the chopped green onions, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well.
Tips
As time passes, the sharpness of the green onions will mellow, creating a milder, more rounded flavor.
