Guided by my belief that “cooking is the best tool for cross-cultural communication,” I carefully listen to each guest’s preferences, allergies, and food background to create a unique, made-just-for-you menu for that day. Drawing on my 10 years living in Thailand and 5 years in Mexico, I embrace a spirit of “respecting each other’s cultures and enjoying life together.” Even when words fall short, I find great joy in those special moments when hearts connect naturally as we cook side by side and share a meal around the table.
I cherish every moment so that guests who have traveled all the way to Japan can take home warm memories of Japanese home cooking and the joy of cooking together. Surrounded by your smiles in the kitchen, I hope to create a time where you can truly experience “Japaneseness” through seasonal ingredients and heartfelt hospitality.

Thank you all so much for coming all this way to join me.
I was especially delighted and truly grateful to welcome guests who traveled all the way from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
It also means a great deal to me that many of you send photos of the Japanese dishes you prepared in class after returning home—your kindness is a huge encouragement to me. Please book from here.
